Do you ever wake up in the morning tired and willing to stay in bed? At times like this, the only thing that can help us is a breakfast full of taste and energy like avocado pancakes. This preparation is really simple and fast, so perfect for the days when we need sweetness, but have so little time to make elaborate dishes.
I love making pancakes with avocado for snacks or breakfasts in company, or in the premenstrual period, to satisfy the typical desire for sweets, avoiding snacks full of harmful sugars and preservatives.
Sweetness full of beneficial properties
The ingredients used for this recipe are all natural and genuine. For example, avocado is a very energetic fruit and rich in “good” fats, mineral salts and fibers; cocoa is also an ingredient that can give us so much energy, has a good content of antioxidants and antidepressant properties that can lift our mood on bad days. A mix of simple and tasty ingredients, capable of improving our day and give us the right boost and enthusiasm to deal with anything.
The sweetness we need is all hidden in plant-based cooking!
