Jackfruit chili tacos are a 100% plant-based alternative to the traditional Mexican recipe, very quick and easy to prepare. You only need three ingredients to make this dish: corn flour, wholemeal flour and water. Actually, the original version uses only corn flour, but I decided to experiment with an easier to work with dough that can really be prepared in a few minutes on days when we are short on time.
