I love London, but often it is so chaotic that I would like to be on the top of a snowy mountain, spending the weekend sipping an herbal tea in front of a warm fireplace.

Vegan Gothic CupCakes
Cupcakes come from the USA. They are tasty, amazing and quick to make. You can play with them and substitute the main ingredients with vegan ones. Even more, you can sprinkle and garnish them whatever you want.
Ingredients for 6 CupCakes:
– 125 g flour;
– 50 g agave;
– ½ creme of tartar;
– ½ teaspoon baking soda;
– ripe banana;
– 125 g almond milk;
– 50 g seeds oil;
– 30 g dark chocolate;
– a pinch of salt.
Frosting:
450 g powdered sugar;
30 g cocoa powder;
45 g vegan butter, softened;
60 ml soy milk;
1 tea spoon vanilla extract.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Combine in a bowl almond milk and seeds oil.
In another bowl, combine together flour, chocolate powder, baking soda, crème of tartar and a pinch of salt.
Beat the two mixtures until well incorporated and no large lumps remain.
Fill cupcake holders and try not to overfill them. Fill at ¾ of them.
Bake for 20 around minutes.
Instruction for frosting:
In the meantime, prepare topping. Put together all the ingredients, beat until they are creamy and soft.
Frost cupcakes when they aren’t warm with a sac à poche.
