Making homemade/fresh pasta is pure art, all you need is flour and water to make a tasty meal, but today I
propose an even tastier version: homemade pasta with spinach and beetroot. This recipe is simple and will
get us a colourful and special dish very quickly, using only a few healthy ingredients. What’s more, this
preparation is perfect to make together with children, who will enjoy kneading, colouring the flour, creating
shapes, and discovering the world of cooking while playing: I grew up helping my grandmother in the
kitchen and it’s great to see my son doing the same with me!
