– 3 Large potatoes, peeled and diced
– salt (a teaspoon for potatoes, and a spoon to add to batter)
– Oil (for cook the potatoes and add 2 tablespoons for the batter)
– Parsley (for potatoes)
– Onion (for potatoes)
– Cold water (enough to create such a batter to ‘mix of crepes)
